Janet Pearson has been involved in the real estate industry for over 25 years.  She began her illustrious career in beautiful New Mexico before moving to South Florida, which she truly loves, in 1988. 

 

Janet has since continued her success in many facets of the industry including:  land development, commercial and residential transactions, owning her own company and managing for others.  She gained national recognition for her accomplishments in real estate franchise sales.

 

Janet is a graduate of Texas Tech University, has done postgraduate work in the field of education and holds the GRI (Graduate Real Estate Institute) designation as well as the CIPS (Certified Investment Property Specialist) designation.    She has taken a myriad of real estate classes through the years and holds her Florida Brokers license.

 

Ms. Pearson has worked and traveled extensively in the United States, Canada, Europe, Mexico, the Caribbean and South America.  She is willing to assist you or your clients in any of your real estate needs whether residential or commercial in scope with competence, pleasure and energy.
